Alternatively, one can try and incorporate an everyday vitamin supplement into their diet to protect them from potential damage.


According to experts, every day a woman has to take 25gms and men have 38gms of fiber intake in their diet. Irrespective of people adding gluten to their diet and people who go gluten-free – they do not consume the amount of fiber that is required for the system to run properly.

Overestimation of gluten-free foods

Popularity has seen its peak when you talk about a gluten-free diet and there are food items in every nook and corner shop which sell some of the other products which they call gluten-free. But do you really think that these labels are actually solving the purpose? No, they don’t as one can’t be too sure if the food item has not undergone any kind of contamination and if they are more of a healthy choice for you. These packed products have extra sugar and are too low on fiber content. Just when you see the label which says gluten-free they won’t necessarily be, this can be a misconception while leaving the actual protein and nutrient-packed food can be a bad choice. Choose wisely and choose healthily.
